The building comprises 7 storeys of existing 1960s office accommodation, which was tired and outdated.
Over the years, and in many phases, we have been commissioned to refurbish this building. The final phase at 4th floor finished in mid 2016.
The building is located on Upper St. Martin’s Lane, the far west of St. Martin’s Courtyard. The entrance of this 1960s building was extensively reconfigured and now fronts onto St. Martin’s Courtyard. The façade has been updated.
All floors have been refurbished to Cat A standard, with raised floors and fixed lighting. The common parts have been upgraded throughout the property, using roach base bed Portland stone as cladding to lift lobbies.
