The site is situated within the London Borough of Camden. SCH propose to rearrange the existing uses, infill existing lightwells and add a roof extension. The fabric of the building will be repaired, including the removal of redundant and unsightly signage, bringing the brick detailing to the fore. This will contribute to the regeneration to the northern end of Leather Lane.
Additional residential use will be created within the roof extension. This will help to fund the repair works required to the existing building.
