The project involved the total renovation, extension and creation of a basement within this late 19th century Victorian semi detached house. The house was totally reorganised, with a central staircase linking the new extensive basement to the modified home.
The large basement became the focus of the house with family and entertainment rooms. At ground level, a large kitchen opened onto the redesigned garden spaces. The garden design incorporated rooflights down into the basement family rooms.
